Disney is a perfect example of a modern-day agency relationship. With McGarry Bowen as their agency-of-record and a huge internal capability with Yellow Shoes, Disney reaches out when they just can’t seem to crack a challenge.
During the past 12 years, I’ve had the pleasure of tackling nearly every type of assignment for Disney—from driving park attendance and resort occupancy during the depths of the recession, to creating an iconic identity system to celebrate Disneyland’s 60th anniversary, to introducing new brand offerings from different divisions like Adventures by Disney, Disney Vacation Club, and even redefining the essence of Mickey Mouse.

For many parents, planning a Disney vacation wasn't an "if" but a "when." But due to recession and uncertainty, they were putting off the decision, sometimes until it was too late. We remind parents that childhood is fleeting and the Time is Now.
